Gibbs is a founder of Manticorp, LLC, which owns one of the 15 medical cannabis cultivation facilities licensed by the State of Maryland, as well as one of the 94 medical cannabis dispensaries licensed by Maryland. Gibbs also acquired a tremendous wealth of regulatory experience as a principal at a land development company.
